Presentation Guidelines

With a uniquely inspiring concept, Material Xperience anticipates on all the needs of the creative professional. Event participation requires your product or material display to fit this integral concept. You will present your innovations on a white block of 1x1x1 m or 2x1x1 m.

Keywords are: Maximum contact, mood, perception, sensory stimulation.

To make your presentation and the overall event a success you will be assisted by Materia, leading in innovative materials for the creative professional. Achieving the optimum effect of the integral concept relies on compliance with the following presentation instructions.

• Material presentations shall be on 1x1x1 m or 2x1x1 m Material Xperience blocks only.
• Crucial for gaining the full effect of the uniform concept is that the material presentation shall be optimum for the visitor. For advice, please apply to Materia.
• Focus of the presentation shall be on the material. So no logos, stickers etc on the block are allowed.
• Maximum height of the material presentation is 50cm (depending on location, a different height may be agreed upon with Materia).
• Brochures will be displayed in the appropriate Plexiglas holders (max A4 size). This holder is integrated to the front side of the block.
• Business cards of the stand holder will be presented on the block.
• In the backside of the block there is a small opening with door (no lock) in which you can leave small items en small leaflet boxes.
• There shall be no materials, brochures or chairs put around the block.

Exceptions to the above, only upon agreement with Materia and to be discussed prior to participation in Material Xperience. There will be no exceptions once building of Material Xperience has started.
